Weight-loss Session 1, Feeling Goal Accomplished
First in a series of 8 for the purpose of weight-loss. This session will help you to become clear on your goals and which benefits are a priority to you.
Sessions are best experienced at least a week apart to allow integration of the suggestions into your subconscious mind.
Homework for Session 1
Weigh and measure yourself , and do not weigh yourself for 4 weeks.
Find a pedometer app for counting steps with a goal of 10,000 steps per day.
Start to add healthy snacks with protein and bring them with you everywhere you go.
Read the handout the 4 key ingredients required for weight loss success,
and finally to keep a dream journal near your bed to record your dreams.
